Deactivated plugin, can’t log in

  • I wasn’t thinking when I temporarily deactivated the plugin, and now when I try to log in I only see shortcode where the login should be. The pages wp-login and wp-admin show as not found also. Is there still a way to log in or a setting I can change somewhere? Thank you for any suggestions.

    I’d rather not link to the site here so I hope I’ve provided enough info above.

    Also, I don’t have access to the sites directory/hosting because it’s hosted by a former employee who we are no longer in contact with.

    You should be able to access /wp-login.php, unless it was deleted…
