Deactivated plugin but still there?

    I added the better blogroll plugin and it didn’t refresh as it promised, so I deactivated it, and it’s still there!

    Any suggestions of removing this even though it’s not even activated??

    well, it appears that no matter what I do to my right side bar, nothing new is showing up.

    What to do…
