Deactivated and deleted but still actively functioning

    I had been experiencing issues most likely attributed to a plugin so Updraft was a plugin that I deactivated for for several days while I tried to pinpoint my problem. While Updraft was deactivated I receieved an email notification that it had backed up my website. I then deleted the updraftplus plugin and assumed it was gone. A while later I received another notification that UpdraftPlus had backed up my website. It should have been completely deleted!
    I don’t see an updraft folder in the wp-content plugins either.

    Hi Austindmark,

    Are you sure you haven’t got another clone of the site somewhere that is the one sending you the emails?

    All UpdraftPlus code lives in wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/. If that folder’s not there, then for it still to be running would be magic!
