    hi there,
    i can’t seem to deactivate the sending of invoices (customer pending).
    i trashed the template already. but invoices are being send automatically, anyway…
    i also have set the invoice mail to “manual” in the woocommerce settings. but can’t deactivate it there.
    any ideas how i can deactivate these emails?

    i found the solution meanwhile.
    but i want to suggest to make it more clear in the ui how to deactivate a template easily. thanks!

    We understand your concern, but we need to clarify the distinction between sending WooCommerce emails and sending emails using our email templates or WooCommerce default templates.

    Sending emails is a feature provided by WooCommerce. Additionally, sending invoice emails is typically a manual process performed by the admin. Therefore, if your invoice email was sent out automatically, it appears to be the result of intervention by a third-party plugin.

    Other email notifications for orders can be configured to be sent automatically when the order status changes. You can manage this by navigating to WooCommerce Settings > Emails, clicking on “Manage,” and enabling or disabling the sending of these emails.
