    Hello,

I recently purchased a plugin for my site called “YITH Auctions for WooCommerce Premium” and after activating this plugin, my auction listings no longer work. I reached out to the support team for the “YITH auctions plugin” and we found that this error only happens when i have “WooCommerce simple Auctions” and “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugins enabled. The YITH Auctions for WooCommerce Premium plugin only works if both are deactivated, however if “Template Library and Redux Framework” is deactivated, the website design changes quite a bit, and a lot of the work I’ve put into the site gets lost.

I was wondering if you could help me execute/deactivate the “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugin without changing all the page.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

YITH Auctions for WooCommerce Premium is a premium theme that I do not have access to. Also, support for said products are not permitted in WordPress forums. I am unable to speculate why Redux running would cause this theme to behave differently. We have absolutely no control over how theme author uses Redux in their work. You’ll need to contact the theme author and ask them to try your scenario to see if they can recreate it. If they can, they’ll need to be the ones to file a report with us via our GitHub issue tracker so we can work with them directly. I suspect the theme you are using requires Redux for their option system and why shutting off Redux causes it not to render properly.

    Good luck.

It seems this is occurring because the “Theme Panel” gets removed when the “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugin is deactivated. So i was wondering if there was a way i could deactivate the redux plugin without losing Theme Panel, which is what i believe is causing me to lose the website content.

    Thanks

There is not. Redux generates the theme’s options panel. And it is why your content is disappearing when Redux is disabled.
