    Hi there,

how can I deactivate the plugin on the thank you page? The optics don’t look nice here. Although the thank you page is not available in the plugin, the plugin changes the design. Thanks.

    Regards Gisela

    Hi @natsshop,

Fluid Checkout Lite is not supposed to change anything on the order received (thank you) page, as that is a PRO only feature — see the PRO features on our website.

As I understand, you are having issues with the layout of the thank you page on your website being changed when using Fluid Checkout Lite.

    1. Do these layout issues only happen when Fluid Checkout is activated? Try temporarily deactivating Fluid Checkout and see if the issue is then gone.

    2. Could you share a screenshot of your thank you page for when Fluid Checkout is activated, and another one of Fluid Checkout deactivated?

    3. Are you using the block-based or shortcode-based checkout forms? See more about this on our documentation.

    Best,
    Diego.

    Hi Diego

thank you very much for the quick answer. I use Astra pro and created the thank you page using the site builder. For checkout I use the block-based checkout form. If I have fluid checkout enabled, the page looks like this.

Without fluid checkout, the thank you page is again from the Astra theme.

The top left area doesn’t look good.

    Hi Diego,

thanks for the tip: I have now switched to classic checkout and now the thank you page is no longer changed.

    Hi Gisela,

    Just to clarify:

1 – Is it now working correctly with Fluid Checkout Lite Active?

    Best,
    Alan.

    Good day!
@natsshop can you please guide a bit on how you did that as I am also facing the same issue and I have created my custom thank you page using elementor

    Hi there,
I don’t know what it’s like with elementor. Elementor interferes extremely with functionality and causes far too many errors.
I don’t use elementor anymore. That’s why it could be that my path was different. I can switch the woocommerce checkout page from blocks to classic (shortcode). Because the Woocommerce checkout page is still available on elementor. And/or add Fluid Checkout in Elementor via shortcode instead of blocks. If that works. Then I’ve reached the end of my ideas at elementor. I hope this helps.

The problem has been fixed and the changes will be available with the next update of the plugin, which is set to be released in about two weeks.

You can also use the beta version from the link below:
