Deactivate plugin on product

    Hi, I’m using your plugin on free version on https://www.checamicia.com. I think that the website work better now but in the setting I can’t find the product panel to deactivate the plugin that I’m not using in the single product page.
    In the single menu I can only see
    – Homepage
    – Pages
    – Articles

    Could you help me?

    Hi @matgarro

    you should have “Products” in the submenu of Singles, and also on the Post Types settings page.
    In Singles => Products you would be able to disable plugins on specific single products, and in Post Types => Products you would be able to disable the same set of plugins for all the single products. This is how it normally works, also with the free version.

    Try to deactivate Freesoul Deactivate Plugins but without deleting it, only deactivate it. If you delete it you will lose the settings. Then activate it again. By doing this you will clear the internal FDP cache. Let me know if after doing that you can see the products.

    If you still have the same issue, I will provide you with a version of FDP that will write some information in the log file to understand what is going on in your installation.
