Deactivate inactive users from a site

Hi,

I have a client who would like to be able to automate a process of deactivating a user account after ‘x’ amount of time of inactivity. Is this possible via a plugin (to which I can’t seem to hunt down) or is there another way it can be done?

I have seen similar questions asked, but they all seem to be posted a long time ago, and wondered if asking a fresh question might help hunt down a answer.

Please can anyone help?
