Deactivate for Custom Taxonomies

I’m at the point that I want deactivate a Custom Taxonomies, temporarily until I manage to get a decision about it. I know I can do false in advance option for CPT Generator, but doing so, there is not response 404, instead, there is a pass-through directly to index page.

In CPT Generator there is a Edit Delete links under Custom Taxonomies, question, can than be possible, to have an additional link for something like, deactivate.
