Deactivate fails

    I have tried to deactivate the Imagify however this fails. The plugin does not deactivate. How can I deactivate of the link in the plugins area fails? I have tried all options. Naturally, I can not delete the plugin without deactivating, so not sure how I can reset the plugin.
