    Thanks for reaching us.

    The banner appears when a new user installs our free plugin for the first time, and it has a closing button on the right top. Once you close the banner, it shouldn’t reappear on your dashboard again. However, if it repeats on your dashboard even after closing it, it’s an exception, and we need to check if it’s for any plugin conflict or something.

    In that case, I would suggest you contact us from here as we may have to deep inspect the issue.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    The full message is : “You are awesome for using CTX Feed. Using the Premium version you can make multilingual feed for your WPML languages.” so I guess it is an exception related to WPML
