Deactivate but coming page still available for everyone

now that the website is almost completed we wanted to test the page load speed but we can’t because even if the plugin is deactivated and cookies deleted from the browser, these websites:

https://gtmetrix.com/

still see and measure the nifty coming soon page, why?
