Deactivate and Delete Plugin

    I tried this plugin, but it doesn’t work the way I need it to. I have tried to deactivate the plugin, through my Plugins in the WordPress admin panel, but the Submit & Deactivate button isn’t working. I have also tried to check the box next to the plugin, and then use the Bulk Options drop-down to delete the plugin, but that doesn’t work either.

    I’m very disappointed with this plugin and I want it removed from my site. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi hoperichardson,

    We are sorry that you had trouble using the plugin. It seems like a conflict with any other plugin or theme in your WordPress install that is blocking your from deactivating or deleting the plugin. What happens when you click on the “Delete” button below the plugin name on your Plugins page? Do you get a pop-up message that says “Are you sure you want to delete Product Reviews and its data?”

    Also, could you please let us know what is not working in the plugin the way you want it to be? We will try our best to help you to setup the plugin.
