Deactivate all plugins

  • Hi and thank you for this great plugin,

    I tried to run it on a WooCommerce shop and everything is working well until all plugins are deactivated (in wordpress plugins list not because of a Plugin organizer misconfiguration). I can’t say why and when it happens and it makes testings really difficult (it can work for an entire week or two weeks and then deactivate everything).

    When Plugin Organizer is deactivated, everything is working fine.
    If anybody has a clue on this, I would be really grateful.

    Are you running a caching plugin or a security plugin? Others have had this problem with swift security and the security plugin that comes with jetpack. Those plugins do something to deactivate plugins if they aren’t loaded on every page.
