Deactivate 'add to cart' button

Hi, would the deactivate ‘add to cart’ button work with any theme built to be compatible with woo commerce?

I am considering https://themeforest.net/item/assyrian-responsive-fashion-wordpress-theme/10943637 but I need to be able to have a price against some products, but no add to cart button – I need to have text or button ‘Make an appointment’ linking to a booking form?
