Dbase backup email not working

All In One WP Security & Firewall v. 3.8.3
I am not getting emails of our database backups.
When I manually backup, I get a message that the backup was successful and the backup is created in the aipwps_backups folder, but no email is received. (also checked in the email spam folder)
There are no messages in wp-security-log.txtThank you,
