DB Version mismatch

    I have Version 3.1.3 running, via automatic plugin updates.
    It requires db version 3.0.
    In wp options wpsc_db_version=2.0
    So the supportcandy shortcode doesnt work.
    Changing the wp option to 3.0, doesnt help.

    What can I do to fix the problem?

    Do not manuallly update the database. You need to update and upgrade the SupportCandy to version 3. This will automatically update your database.
