DB tables left after deletion?

I’ve set this plugin up for others when they’re first getting used to WP, but I just noticed that even after it’s been deactivated and then deleted from a site it seems to leave two tables in the database called pc_list_item and pc_list_item_instance. I’m guessing it’s safe to remove these if I’m no longer using the plugin?
