  • I’ve been using this plug-in in a French environment almost since its creation, and I’ve never had encoding problems.

Hello Computacion I have been using this plugin on a Spanish Website without any issues for a while. I suspect that you might have a plugin or theme compatibility problem.

I also suggest that you create a support ticket so that the developer can assist you further rather than give it a 1 star rating.

    I hope this helps you.

    Kind regards

While I cannot be 100% sure since an online environment is hardly isolated, I can tell you that I started having the encoding problem right after installing and running this plugin.

There were no other changes at the time.

After uninstalling the plugin and restoring a DB backup everything went back to normal, haven’t try to run it again tough (and I don’t think I will).
