DB plugin to select and update records

  • Hello,

    i’m searching a good plugin that allow me to do SQL queries like select and update direct from inside wordpres backend side ?
    DB is not accessible with mysql workbench from outside the webserver and i do not have access to control panel to use phpmysql admin ??

    i already tried few but they do not work as written in their description.
