DB Installation Difficulty

  • Yes, another newbie install question!
    I think I’m close to success in getting this to work, just one newbie question … I have a MySQL DB set up on my site and the wp-install code seems to be getting further along than it was initially! At this point I am getting SQL/DB Errors that the various tables within the DB don’t exist … do I have to manually create each table within the DB?

    OOOOOK,
    It helps when you run the wp-install from the proper folder … strange it did anything.
    But it seems to have run, there is a blog …. but when I try to login to the admin … nothing happens, blank page.
    Hint?
