DB error when registering new user

  • Hi
    I’ve installed Shiftcontroller but each time a new user completes the registration form on my site, they get the following message:

    A Database Error Occurred

    db_unable_to_select:NTS_DB_NAME

    Filename: /home/pcwirral/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shiftcontroller/happ/application/third_party/datamapper/system/DB.php

    Line Number: 150

    I’ve tried removing and re-installing the plugin but with no luck, any help?
