    Hello,

Please, deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then delete it.

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab)

    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    4. Then delete it.

    5. Install the latest version from the WordPress catalog.

    Did it help?

Thank You for Your quick reply! Since WordPress 5.5 removed jQuery Migrate my backend is partially broken and when I click on the button “Show Access Token” in the plugin settings ,it doesn’t show it. My theme is old and uses jQuery 1.12.x. which is the cause for the broken backend.
I logged in my dashboard on your site -cleantalk.org but could not find where to look for my Access Token.
Could you guide me where I can find it , please?

It’s past 10:30 pm here so I’ll follow Your institutions tomorrow and will let You know but I’m asking You also for a guidance where to find my Access Token on cleantalk.org dashboard. A link
from Cleantalk.org knowledge base on this topic would do the job.
    Thank You in advance!

Have forgotten:I ve been using Your uptime monitoring service too.

    Have a great afternoon!

Actually i just followed your instructions ( got automatically an API key) but it still the same -a Fatal db error.

Via WP Rollback plugin will get its previous version.

Just noticed that after the clean reinstall ,my admin top toolbar was visible on the front-end. On all browsers. Chrome,Edge,Firefox.
Deleting the plugin solved the issue.
