  • Have you installed woocommerce plugin? Try deactivating the plugin and let us know if it works. if that doesn’t work:

deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin (read “How to deactivate all plugins when you can’t log in to wp-admin” if you need help). Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Yes, i have woocommerce. I contacted wootheme and they say, it is some other plugin (add on to woo) that is at fault. The issue is i don’t know how / what caused the error. I cant duplicate it. So disabling all plugin and test one at a time is of no use. The error only happened once.

I tried looking at the file names mentioned but that did not give me a good lead. Any idea idea how how find who is responsible for woo-abandond-item?

It might be from the plugin “Woocommerce Abandon Cart Pro”. Kindly have look on there if you have that plugin activated.

I dont have that plugin installed. Not the pro version. Any other thoughts?

Have you installed “Smart Reporter for WooCommerce and WP eCommerce” plugin? The table “sr_woo_abandoned_items” is installed by this plugin only. ??
