DB encryption for Survey responses

    First of all thanks for an awesome app, and great add-ins.

    Is there anyway to encrypt the survey/quiz responses once in the DB. Most surveys ask for personally identifiable information (email, name, phone maybe) and as this is sensitive info I’d like to encrypt the info stored in the DB in case my site is ever compromised.

    My data is encrypted in transit using SSL, and I have followed the common wordpress hardening tips and tricks, but to limit future liability I’d really like to find a way to selectively encrypt certain data in the DB at least for this plugins data.
