I put and “DISK” Redis “Memcache” always one outcome some post is broken but as soon as I disable the CHECK MARK “Database Cache” refresh the page and everything is fine…. “my opinion is that some script is not loaded…. but the most interesting thing is that the site is in the same style, that is, the posts do not differ from each other…. but why does it break!!! you need to add something to the exceptions of some “constant” script ” help me…. at the moment, I turned off the ” DB Cache”

    Hello @nokkiqhd

    Thank you for reaching out.
Have you tried enabling the Database Cache to debug and see the output in the HTML in Performance>General settings>Debug?
This may depend on queries on the specific page so you might need to exclude a specific query from DB Caching to avoid this in Perfomrance>Databse Cache>Ignored query stems:
Or you can simply add those pages to Performance>Database Cache>Never cache the following pages:
    Thanks!

    ONLY ON BROKEN PAGES

    Total queries: 128
    Cached queries: 103

    Hello @nokkiqhd

Have you tried adding the specific page to Never cache the following pages:
I can see that most pages have .HTML extension in the URL?
IS there any performance impact if you disable DB caching?
    Thanks!

    Hello @nokkiqhd

    Thank you for the info.
I’ve noticed that the option Don’t cache queries for logged-in users is disabled.
Can you please enable it and see if the issue persists? Also, does the issue persists when you are logged out?
    Thanks!

    Hello @nokkiqhd

I understand your point, however this is the first issue of this kind reported so it means that the issue is related to your environment, meaning your server configuration or some plugins you are using.
Please disable other plugins one by one temporarily and make sure to purge the cache after each plugin is disabled and see which one may be causing the conflict.
    Thanks!

well, I will choose the moment closer to the weekend to disable all plugins except for the element and see what could be the problem… how can I understand something else that is exactly cached correctly if the page is broken then it does not cache if the page is normal I will start caching correctly I understand that you can somehow still clarify that it is 100% cached

If you get a reply, cool. If not then consider changing to a different caching plugin.

    Hello @nokkiqhd

Sorry for the late reply. It seems that I have missed your message.
DB caching is pretty straight forward and it is not much you can do except excluding specific things from DB caching.
You can exclude Pages in Perfomrance>Database Cache>Never cache the following pages:
Specific query stems in erfomrance>Database Cache>Ignored query stems:
or you can reject queries that contain specific regex in Perfomrance>Database Cache>Reject query words:

    Thanks!

I was starting to think that you don’t want to help ignore me…..
I have a question? and what requests do I need to add to ignore????

“”Specific query stems in erfomrance>Database Cache>Ignored query stems:
or you can reject queries that contain specific regex in Perfomrance>Database Cache>Reject query words:””
how do I know which request should not be added to ignore????

    Hello @nokkiqhd

I can’t say specifically because have not built the website or which plugins you are using.
Query stems can be identified using debug mode. so you should enable debug and see which specific stems you can exclude.
    Thanks!
