db backup not compatible

I tried to fix my issues by going back to the backup I ran with “Better WP Security” at the beginning of the process. But the .sql file is not compatible with my database and looks completely different from the backups I manually run from MySQL admin suite.

I’m not a MySQL developer, so how can I revert back to a previous status quo of my database if your backups are not usable???
