DB Back-end question

  • Seasons Greetings,
    I have a form which populates a DB. Can anybody suggest a Plugin or solution which allows management of the DB from my Dashboard.
    1. I need to approve each form submitted.
    2. I need to be able to email individuals and groups
    3. I need to be able to offer a search facility to selected members.

    Is there something I should consider?
