There a few things that might be causing this.
- Are you running a third-party caching plugin? If so, can you try clearing the site cache to see if this helps resolve the issue?
- Try flushing the permalinks to see if this help. To do this, go to Settings > Permalinks and simply click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

Are you, by chance, using a translation plugin like WPML?
