Day Pass/Ticket generator

I am developing a fishing club website. I want to generate a fishing day ticket and sell this on line to site visitors. The ticket needs to hold unique information (importantly date info) to stop them being used when out of date and preferably with a QR code unique to that ticket. I anticipate a form to generate the ticket somehow linked to a simple payment system.
I would be happy to hear from anyone who has done this or advice on how I might approach it myself. I am not a WP expert but am a fairly quick learner.
