Dates & Times not working

hi there,
awesome contact form. I am using your contact form and i was testing it today. all working good but when i tick the booking date and start date under ‘Extra Information’ > dates and times > tick all options except the bottom part ”Apply these settings to only one category:”

I go to fill up the form with correct dates and times , then its coming with an error message in red on the top ”The booking end date was not set” i don’t have any categories set. I am sure all configured right . You can try it
