    Hello,

If i modify a post and save it, the date does not change thereby leaving me with loads of modified post dated back.

Seeing i have alot of drafts (over 500),it is a huge problem.

Same with publishing post. Before i hit publish, the post date is already at an older date and when i publish it, it simply publishes at that old date instead of “today”.

The publish issue is a huge problem for seo.

Thought it might be a cron error seeing a particular plugin keeps telling me about the cron not working properly.

I never had this cron problem or whatever before upgrading to wordpress 5.1

I have also tried it all – deactivated all plugins, switch theme, purge cache, clear cache (both browser and theme), installed cron plugins, added and removed define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);….nothing has worked.

So i am here, needed you guys to take a look.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    ***Update

It’s not the cron because it is working fine now even with the plugin i talked about earlier.

But the date of post is still a serious problem.

Date of post does not update to last modified or published date.

    Hello,

I believe i have found why i can’t schedule post without some skipping the timeline or even the modified post not updating it’s modified date to most recent date.

Read this error message to me according to the Health Check plugin….

A scheduled event (wp_fastest_cache_Preload) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

[ Please do not bump. ]
