dates missing on posts

  • Trying to help a friend out who had a blog setup by someone else.

    Her site https://www.processartjournal.com isn’t displaying dates on the posts. I can’t figure out why. She’s using twentyeleven. If I switch to twentyten, the dates show fine.

    The person who set this up for her didn’t use a child theme for modifications, so I’m not sure where to start looking.

  • What I would do is download a copy of the original twentyeleven and look at the content.php.

    On line 22, there’s a reference to the date. That might be the code that you need.

    Thanks, Christine. I did that, and the content.php files are identical. Also checked functions.php and single.php. I suppose I should check all the php files the same way. And the style sheets.

    While I’m working through those, any other ideas?
