dates from datepicker after back-button mising

at first: thank your for this plugin. It is very helpful!
The only problem for me is:
I have a form with a datepicker plugin. After the summery on the second page I want to give the possibility to go back at the form to correct some things. Every thing is shown only the data from the datepicker is missing. Is there any possibilty to store this data? Here is the link to my form:
