• I started up my blog today and the Calendar shows a whole bunch of numbers. Posts are tagged as

    30/01/8632884266970

The formats now available for posting are

    01/30/8632884266970
    January 30, 8632884266970
    8632884266970/01/30
    01/30/8632884266970

So the year has been replaced with a numerical value.
I’ve deleted my database, created another and installed the latest
version of WordPress. Still the same problem.

If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
Maybe you can email me at

  • I’m having the same issue, as I started a thread here:

Did you ever find a solution?

    Hi there,

After spending hours on trying to solve this, I killed off my database files on my server more than once. I then installed phpMyAdmin and figured out how to get that running. Once that was done I re-installed WordPress and the dates were ok. I’m not even sure if phpmyadmin was the solution or not. Thanks for getting back to me and good luck.
