Dates changed format, aren’t accurate

I have been using activity log for a bit, but I Just now noticed that all my entry dates no longer make sense. For example, an entry might say “10 seconds ago” but beneath that it shows a date of “10/16/2021”. I have no idea why. “4 days ago” might show a date of “6/16/2021”. My date is set properly within the wordpress settings, so I am not sure why they are so far off and inconsistent within the Activity Log. Any advice?
