    Hi, I need help with the plugin.
    On the checkout page, when you need to choose the delivery/pickup date, some dates are blocked (one entire week from 10th to 19th september) and I don’t know why. There’s nothing in the settings and I didn’t set these dates as holidays myself… So the customers won’t be able to choose these dates althouth there available… If someone has an idea !

    This happened only in the last hour or two. We have next Monday blocked plus the whole of 13-17 Sept blocked too

    I have 10th to 29th September blocked out. Probably a bug with the latest plugin update?

    I need help with my “Order delivery date lite” with my WooCommerce website too. I have never seen this before but customers are not able to choose their delivery dates past October. Everything past October is grayed out and unable to be chosen. Everything worked fine until two days ago. Now customers are emailing saying they cannot place orders. The “Lite” version has been working for me for 5 years. Is Tyche software forcing us to pay for the “pro”?

    The issue seemed to have been resolved earlier today, but now even more dates are blocked out. We now have 2 1/2 weeks unavailable – same as @vincentchow

    @gsteuben I don’t think it’s anything to do with Tyche wanting to force us to pay for pro. They’ve always providing great help for this plugin in the past and for what is a very decent free plugin too

    Yes, you’re correct. Many delivery dates are getting blocked in the delivery calendar with the latest update of the plugin. I’ve already escalated this bug to our development team so they will fix this issue as soon as possible.

    I’ve rolled back to 13.3 and the dates are open again – nothing blocked that shouldn’t be. I tried 13.4 earlier today but didn’t change anything, but maybe I didn’t clear a cache or something, so others might find that if they go back to 13.4 it would be enough. Anyhoo, 13.3 works for me but always roll back with caution ??
