    Hello

    We’ve installed the connector for a client using the Give and ZBS approach. Unfortunately when new transactions are added to give, the dates and statuses aren’t coming through quite right. Transaction dates show up as the beginning of computer time (1st Jan 1970) and the status remains as pending even when the Give status changes to Completed.

    There are a couple of bits of context: a) the client is Canadian and uses the Month/Day/Year idiosyncratic date format of North America and b) many of the donations are submitted via the manual donation form (for mailed in cheques)

    Is there a config change we need to make, or is there something that needs to happen with the plugin?

    I’ve added this to our bug-tracking software as I believe this may be a bug. I’ll report back here ASAP but hope to fix this within the next two weeks updates.

    I’m looking into this one now for you. I cannot replicate the date being 1970, if you haven’t already please can you submit a ticket through to support and FAO Mike (I’ll let our support team know to highlight it to me)

    In that ticket, please can you

    1. Provide a screenshot of the date / time settings you’re using
    2. Provide a screenshot of the donation form

    FYI, the release today should fix the status change bug.

    As mentioned, I cannot replicate the date one – happy to assist via the ticket system.
