DatePicker Not Displaying year

Has anyone else already encountered the date picker not displaying the year in the Add Event and Add Results Dialogs, and have you fixed it?
I have successfully been able to manipulate the .datepicker parameters but the problem seems to be pretty common JQuery UI problem created by changes in the code base and updates to browsers, but I have not in playing with it a bit today got it corrected in about an hour or so of playing. I am debating about changing it to just a text entry field at least on the create new athlete dialog as an interim fix which may be more expedient as well for DOB entry.
