Datepicker image doesn't show in user profile when user logs in

I upgraded the Types plugin to 1.6.6.5. One of the Types fields I added to the user profile is “Date” which uses a datepicker.

Everything works fine from the admin panel (Users). I can see the calendar image beside the field, can select a date from the calendar, and clear the field using the Clear button.

I’m using the Theme My Login profile to login and view the user’s profile.
When I do this the Date field does not display the calendar image, the input field is read only, the Clear button does not clear the field.

I upgraded jQuery to 1.11.3 and jqueryui to 1.11.4.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

NOTE: I just reverted back to an older version of Types Plugin (1.5.7). I can now update the input field with a date -even though I don’t see the calendar image. I am unable to use the newer version at all because the calendar image image is missing and the field is readonly…
