Datepicker and placeholder not showing on IE and FF

Hi,
Datepicker and placeholder is not showing on IE and FireFox. I have wp_footer() in my theme, and no JavaScript errors.
I already took a look on other posts claiming the same problem and I can’t find a solution on my own.
