Date/Month function not working

I have created a site VerveHairdressing based on the Scream theme by MOin. The posts have a month & date in the title bar but this has not changed since I uploaded the pages. I am new to WordPress and have rummaged around trying to find some code which actually gets this function going but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
Could someone please take a look at the site and see what I need to do to get the date/month working?
