date-zh-TW.js is done and some codes related with L10N should be implemented

Something needs to be corrected in the changelog, zh-TW is Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), not Simplified Chinese.

And missing text-domain is still missing,
In edcal.php line 342 and 343, these two lines should be the following:
edcal.str_showdrafts = <?php echo($this->edcal_json_encode(__('Show Unscheduled Drafts', 'editorial-calendar'))) ?>;
edcal.str_hidedrafts = <?php echo($this->edcal_json_encode(__('Hide Unscheduled Drafts', 'editorial-calendar'))) ?>;

Thank you very much for finding that @alexclassroom. I’ve created release 3.7.10 which should fix both of these issues.
