Date validity check fails to block submit on “Enter”

    Test case: https://www.rollers-coquillages.org/fr/bad-date/

    If a wrong date is entered (e.g. 3/14/1980 here, when the expected format is j/m/A), then *the ENTER key pressed* (the submit button itself is disabled), the form submission carries on, despite the invalid date, and outputs today’s date.

    The ENTER key submission should be disabled when inputs are not valid.

    Or do I miss something?

    I was able to replicate this issue.

    I’m afraid it is happening if we type any number and press enter.

    We are going to report this problem to the plugin developer, we can’t give an estimated time to release a fixed version but kindly keep the eyes on the plugin updates and changelogs.

    Thank you. This may be affecting other types of fields than dates, I haven’t checked…
    Will be looking forward to a fix when it comes (it’s not a blocking issue for us, but in some rare cases may generate rotten data in our records…)

    Well I guess it’ll be completely “resolved” when your developers fix it.

    But in the meantime, I have nothing more to contribute here, and as I said it’s not a critical issue for us, that is, until somebody creates rotten data in our membership database (the odds are slim, but it may happen)…
