Date & Time format setting not reflected in extra locations

  • Hi,

    I just found that changing the date & time format for the opening hours is only reflected in the main location.

    If you have enabled ‘Multiple Locations’, these locations still use the default format.

    On another note, why does the plugin not simply use the date & time setting in the WP general settings? I know it has a different notation, but it’s easy to convert.

    Thanks for pointing that out. We’ll see if we can make the extra locations use the format specified in the general settings, and include that change in a future update.

    As for why the setting exists, people simply just sometimes want the admin panel to have a different format (e.g. they live somewhere where AM/PM is used, but prefer to work with 24-hour time themselves in the admin). It’s just to provide that flexibility.
