Date + Time custom field bad format – frontend

    There is an issue from submitting ticket from frontend. Date+time format is bad.

    should be:
    2020-03-04 12:00:00

    Bugged version:
    2020 12:00:00-03-04

    Testet by submitting as Administrator and as Customer. Also Changed theme to check if is it some kind of conflict-related bug. Submitting from Admin panel works fine. It just frontend submission issue.
