Date spread over 2 lines on pasts

I have a situation where my dates are being displayed differently on my posts page. I would like them to be written all on one line, as they are in the latest posts. But in older posts, where I have edited the dates (because of site migration) the dates are spread across 2 lines, which doesn’t look great. Any ideas why this is happening and how it can be fixed? Thank you.
