• I try to set the initial date to an earlier one than what the plugin pre-populates and every time the settings are saved, this gets reverted to the initial date. If I don’t have recent entries, the plugin isn’t working and leads no results.

    Hi Marianellam,

    The date range settings under “Manual Export” are there for you to run a report manually, they’re not intended to be saved.

    Under “Scheduled Export” you have the option to select daily, weekly and monthly. Then you can set the date you would like the export sent. So if I set it to weekly and made the start date next Tuesday, then on Tuesday you should receive a report for the week prior to date it sends.

    If I misunderstood your issue and it’s not saving the settings under ‘Schedule Export’ then please open a new forum ticket and we’ll investigate from there.
