Hi, Ive read the date picker posts, read to use firbug and simply delete the old version and WP will update to newer version etc…

    But
    1. Firebug does not show it, nor in the header.

    2. I network deactivated ALL plugins and switched back to 2012.

    No go, still not working.

I really like the looks of your events manager and would love to use it. And once I used it for a week or 2 would have no problem upgrading to pro. But this version doesn’t work.

    Please go to vaykays.com

See if you can tell me how to fix this.
I would LOVE to use this, but it’s not working.
Maybe you could just remove the date picker and put text above the date fields for the date type 20/03/2013 so people know how to eneter it.

Why not just remove the thing if SO many people are having challenges with it?

Or, please tell me how to fix it. It’s not my theme or a plugin.

    Ok, this is really weird.

When I’m in admin wanting to put in a date range the date picker does not work.

however, when I go to any members site it works just fine.

What is the cause of this?

And how do I fix it?

    Thank you, Patrick

how about disabling other plugins temporarily?

Hi, yes I did all that 9see 1st post) and switched theme back to 2012.
If you go to my test member blog https://thedude.vaykays.com/ you will see that he posted an event, but that event did NOT aggregate to the main site. WHY?

And, when I was in The Dude’s dashboard logged in as him and was posting the event there were no categories even though they are set up. What’s up with that?

    Thank you, Patrick

Have you tried disabling other plugins temporarily and seeing if the datepicker works?

We do plan on making this more ‘conflict friendly’ in the near future.

If the event doesn’t show up on the main site, it might be that your setup isn’t correct, e.g. MultiSite Global Tables isn’t enabled, but I’d suggest you ask new questions in different posts, and read this first – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/multisite/

Hi Marcus, thank you for your reply. Yes, as stated in my initial thread opening comment, yes I disabled all plugins but the buddypress etc… I also switched back to 2012 theme.

It does not allow me to use the picker in my main site logged in as admin.
I can be logged in as admin on any members site and the picker works.

    Suggestions?

Thank you, I found why the events were not showing up on the main site, my storage tables were not configured properly.

I still look forward to your reply to my challenge about the picker not showing up when on my main site in admin> dashboard> events> ad new.

    What’s up with that?

But the rest of your plugin is working now, thanks!

if you only have 2012 and BP, then it should definitely work… I’d double check you don’t have any other things installed there.
