Date Picker Not Working in Firefox and IE but works in Chrome

    Using latest WordPress (4.7.2) and latest Contact Form 7 (4.6.1) and Twenty-Sixteen theme. Just a couple of well-known plugins we use everywhere.

    But date fields do not have a date-picker in Firefox and IE. They work beautifully in Chrome with a lovely date-picker. But in Firefox and IE it is just a plain text field with no date picker.

    Any idea as to how this can be fixed? Thank you in advance!!
